How much does it cost to look for work?
Nothing: it is always free for workers. With «I’m looking for work» you introduce yourself by voice in up to 60 seconds, choose roles and area and get an email when a matching job is posted.
Who can see my contact details?
The public and Google never see them. Only verified companies and our editorial team can; other companies write to you through the platform and you decide whether to reply.
How do I post a job ad?
Press «I’m hiring», fill in role, city, contract and description and record the ad from your phone, up to 90 seconds. The transcript is automatic and you can correct it. After payment our editorial team reviews the ad, aiming to do so within 24 working hours.
How long does a job ad stay online?
30 days from approval. 5 days before it expires the employer gets an email to renew it.
Which wording is not allowed?
No ad may exclude anyone for age, sex or origin: phrases such as «max 30 years old», «Italians only» or «good-looking» are flagged. The check runs before payment and suggests how to rewrite them; inclusive forms such as «waiter/waitress» are fine.
What if the editorial team asks for changes or rejects the ad?
If changes are requested you have 7 days to correct the ad, without paying again. If the ad is rejected you get the reason and the refund is automatic.
